When the book "Are You Ready?" was being prepared, I was privileged to work out an accurate chronology of the kings of Judah and Israel. In so doing, we are able to harmonize each and every verse that pertains to the time and duration of each and every king, that is, every verse with three exceptions. These were two verses concerning the reign of Ahaziah that seemingly contradict each other; one appears to teach that Ahaziah was 22 years of age when he began to reign, whereas the other appears to teach that he was 42 years of age. The third verse is 1 Samuel 13:1 where God apparently is teaching that Saul, the first king of Israel, began to reign when he was one year old. Subsequently, a solution to these apparent contradictions has been found and is set fourth in this volume.
